Now that this has been long done, I’d like to make a mass post of a lot of the design work I did for the holiday card project I designed and co-directed! You can view the card here on vimeo.
This project was a mad dash of a rush job, but man I put a lot of super love into it. I had a great time working really simply, and of course barfed tons of color onto everything possible. I actually had the most fun working the color palate for this one. Ps. Colors.
I gave all the kid character rigs funny nicknames, mostly to amuse Dan, which I won’t say here since they either injokes or really mean. The pink haired girl was named Sundae though, due to her vaguely Neapolitan color scheme <3

So I am way too excited to post these…
I’m fortunate enough to be interning at an animation studio called “Hero4Hire”, and I was allowed to do the designs for my own 5 second animation called a 5 second Friday!!
I won’t give away what happens yet, but hopefully by the end of the semester there will be one more cat animation in the world
